government

At 2Visualize, we create videos and images to help government entities, agencies, and individuals clearly communicate plans and projections to their audiences. Our products will help your planning staff prepare a clear and comprehensive presentation of their idea or proposal to the various audiences—boards, legislatures, committees and the public—in order to garner support for the project or proposal. Getting this support early in the process can help avoid problems down the line, which can be costly both in time and money.

The impact of the presentation can affect:

With the 2Visualize presentation tools, you can address potential issues before they develop, inspire enthusiasm, and circumvent delays.  A clear, visually accessible presentation confronts concerns about potential zoning, historical, funding, or public interest issues before they snowball and improves the chance that your organization will gain necessary support and move forward.  Easy-to-understand solutions can shorten the project timeline, minimize obstacles, and heighten the support needed to fund your project.

With 2Visualize, you can reduce the amount of time and number of meetings required to secure approval and funding.  Focused and precise communication that targets decision makers and constituents that are affected by the project will save all parties time and money.

Contact us today to make your next development or proposal presentation less ambiguous and more understandable to your audience.

Stafford Site

This is a virtual master plan for a government facility. The architect commissioned us to show the importance of acquiring additional property to provide "Public Spaces". After this was presented to the elected public officials they voted to procure the additional property and move forth with obtaining the needed financing.
